    • ZoomMantra Production is committed to the highest standards of quality in our work. If you believe there is a deficiency in the delivered service, please notify us within 3 to 4 working  days of the completion of the project.

    • Upon approval of a refund, please allow 30 days for the processing of the refund. The actual time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary based on your payment method.

    • For services that have not commenced, you may request a cancellation and refund. However, a cancellation fee may apply, and the amount refunded will be determined based on the progress made on pre-production work.
