• The client agrees to engage ZoomMantra Production for the provision of video production and corporate shoot services as outlined in the agreed-upon project proposal.

2. Project Scope:

• The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be detailed in the project proposal or contract. Any modifications to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Payment Terms:

• Payment terms are specified in the project proposal or contract. Invoices are due by the agreed-upon date, and late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, associated with the final deliverables remain the property of ZoomMantra Production until full payment has been received.

5. Client Responsibilities:

• The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required for the successful completion of the project in a timely manner.

​

6. Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

7. Revisions and Changes:

• Minor revisions are generally included in the project fee. Major revisions or changes to the project scope may incur additional charges.

8. Cancellation:

• The client may cancel the project in writing. If work has commenced, a cancellation fee may apply, and the amount refunded will be determined based on the progress made.

9. Force Majeure:

• ZoomMantra Production is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or unforeseen events.

10. Client Approval:

• The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all project deliverables. Any changes or revisions must be communicated promptly.

​

11. Limitation of Liability:

• ZoomMantra Production's liability is limited to the project fee paid by the client. We are not responsible for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

​

12. Governing Law:

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Indian jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved through arbitration or mediation in accordance with local laws.

13. Agreement Modifications:

• These terms and conditions may be modified only in writing and with the mutual consent of both parties.
